Continually mess up my order. I have had at least 5 times where I asked for no lettuce and they repeated the order back to me. When I get home or it gets delivered it has lettuce! I like their subs and how fast they are but when the quality is sacrificed to be fast then Its not worth it.Not to mention that we got home one time and my beach club sandwich had cheese and avocado but no turkey?!? That’s the meat, the main part of the sandwich. We called and complained they acted like they didn’t believe us and laughed at myhusband over the phone. Why would we lie about it? I wanted to eat it. Too many bad experiences. I will not return until they get better staff who can read an order and make the sandwiches to order.

It’s definitely better than Subway, but if you are dining in Pembroke Pines, we’d probably say that Jason’s Deli is better. Jimmy John’s can make a good sandwich, though you may need to ask them to fix it or add/remove items to get it just right.

Dissapointed. I have heard great things about this place so I decided to go with my kids for lunch one day. I ordered the beach club and to my surprise it had no flavor and was loaded with mayo. The mayo drowned all the potentially great flavor of the vegetables…..the avocado spread….well….I had to look for it in the sandwich and finally came across a hint of green, too bad I couldn’t taste it. I also did not like the choice of bread….once again flavor less. I, unfortunately, will not be returning.
Fast and fresh!. Fast, fresh, friendly, delicious! So good! I think I’ll go get some right now! Lots of interesting options. Like avocado and alfalfa! Yum!

Awesome!!. JJ’s has the best subs in town, and at reasonable prices. They don’t overload their sandwiches like Subway’s does. You get just enough meat, cheese and veggies to enjoy the sandwich – and don’t get me started on the bread. If you like French bread, it’s pure heaven. I’ve eaten there 3 times this week already beause they make it so convenient to order – there’s a drive-thru, they deliver & cater, plus you can order online and it’ll be at your door in less than 15 mins. Highly recommend!!!
