Excellent Food. Trying to find a vegan friendly restaurant around here is tough. The quality of everything from the hummus to the vegetables was excellent. We will definitely return when we visit again and if the locals aren’t eating here they are crazy.
The first time I went here the food wasn’t bad at all. However, this time around I was dissatisfied with the food and the service. The waiter spent his time on his phone instead of refilling my drink and took forever to give the check. I didn’t think he deserved a tip because of the horrible service so I didn’t tip. Normally I give good tips and I know they depend on tips but his service caused him his tip. Anyways, my friend and I went to her car and he followed us, knocked on the window and confronted us about not tipping him. We felt scared so we had to give him a tip. That was completely inappropriate following us to the parking lot and practically demanding a tip from is.
We were a party of 3 with no reservation. Many tables were available. Hostess greeted us and said 5 minutes. 15 minutes later we are still waiting for a table in an empty restaurant. No communication from anyone. Hostess was MIA. Needless to say we walked out and went to a great restaurant across the street. Wish Mazza much success.

And the Turkish coffee is one of the beat I’ve had in the United States!18 May, 2013Absolutely fantastic! The Shaved Pear salad was amazing! The falafel – probably the best we’ve ever had!A must try! We will be back for more!
