Used to like this restaurant but this past Friday I ordered Cazuela de frijoles and I got a really overcooked egg. When I told the waitress to please give me another egg properly cooked she called another waiter and they said that I should have told them how I wanted it cooked… Then they brought a plate and asked me to put my egg there. Honestly, it was strange, but minutes later she came back to tell me she couldn’t give me another egg because I had already touched the egg and destroyed it (I just pinched it with my fork to break the yolk) :O I couldn’t believe they made a big deal out of that, and that they rather upset a customer than give you a properly cooked egg. Oh and it left me wondering why they wanted to keep the overcooked egg intact… Were they planning to give it to someone else???

Wife got a recommendation for good Colombian food. Took the kids and wife. Small quaint place . At entrance they have meat roasting in the front window display. We were sat down , place was pretty empty for a Friday night. Our server gave us menus and disappear for 5 minutes. Came back and said are we ready to order. We told him we needed drinks and ordered a couple of appetizers. 10 minutes later he brought our empanadas which were cold, and no hot sauce. other appetizer took 10 more minutes after that, still no drinks. Finally drinks come ,my son had order a sprite, gave him a sprite can and a straw.we asked for a cup of ice , must had forgotten to get it. We ordered the sangria, not very good, wife could not even take second sip. Kids ordered from the kids meal and we order a skirt steak with seafood meal. Hoping it would be good. The waiter actually took our food to another table, there were only 4 tables at that time, other table ha no kids!!! He brought our food. It was missing the rice,salad and tostones, when he came out he went back to the other table with our plate again.. We were not given any steak knifes in a place that supposed to be a steak house. Also the cook that is in the front of the restaurant was walking around the restaurant with blue gloves on, after he had been waiting other tables including drinks and bottle beer. He was cooking and working tables with gloves !!! The only saving grace was that they had a singer on the piano with a good voice. I’m sorry but I cannot recommend this place if I want to keep friends.
Real Colombian taste. The best Colombian food in South Florida. The place is clean. People are so friendly. You feel in a real Colombian environment!
Restaurant has very good food and staff is very very good and friendly. A++++
