Was here a couple years ago and it was awful. Chicken parm was like something reheated from a Costco frozen food dish, actually worse – tough tasteless chicken, watery sauce, generic tasting at best. The worst chicken parm I ever had anywhere. My wife had lasagne which she said was ok. Again, nothing special. Id rate the food a 2 at best. But the pizza looked good and some reviews mention decent pizza here, so finally over the horrible meal here, we recently ordered some pizza to take out. Definitely a big improvement over the meal we had. Its kind of like a cross between Anthonys coal fired and Marcos NY style. Its good pizza – so we give them a 4 for the pizza. 2 for the food, 4 for the pizza = 3 average.

Service was just plain atrocious. I will never eat here again. I came here with a large group from my workplace. The only thing I ordered was a chicken salad with NO CHEESE. Pretty simple request, if you ask me. After waiting an hour and a half for my food, I received my salad and, of course, ithad cheese all over it. So, I asked my server to take it back because I am lactose intolerant. My server then unexpectedly disappeared for another half hour supposedly correcting my order. Afterlooking for her and finally finding her, would you believe thatthey REFUSED to take the cheese off?!? The reason she gave was that if she took mine back to change it, she would have to do it for everybody.I didn’t hear anyone else complain about their order to the waitress, nor did anyone mention to me that their food came out incorrectly. Perhaps it was a bit of laziness by my waitress to take it back…I just don’t know. I would have thought that since my group were spending hundreds of dollars that it wouldn’t have been that difficult to take cheese off of my salad, but I guess I was wrong. If you do choose to eat here, you better hope that they get the order right the first time. If not, you’re screwed.
