Not one of you best dinner services tonight.. Lets start with the fish dinner, fish like always was great although the bread was half what it normally was, we patron this place several times a week so we have an expectation when it comes to our order and service. The sweet potato was really small but not something I would say would have caused me any problems. The fries that my wife orders where cold but the real problem was the warm beer. Had them removed and wanted water but it never came. Mat our water passed me two times so I called a familiar face witch was the manager and wanted to let him know that there service tonight was not up to par and showed him that we where finish eating but still don’t have any water. I’m guessing he the manager had words with Mat because he (Mat) brung us the water but threw the straws at us as if to let us know he was upset with us. The manager witness this and immediately apologized to us for his actions and let him know that that was unacceptable. The problems with the food was not Mats fault but it seemed that he wanted to make a point that he didn’t like the fact that we no longer wanted the beers. His demeanor and his attitude completely changed and it was uncalled for, I dont know if we will return only because I would now feel uncomfortable. His staring at me as I walked out was disrespectful.
Awful!!!. This place is terrible. The brisket was tough, cold, and lacked flavor. The food has no seasoning. The food was subpar and lacking. The staff was pleasant however. Save yourself the trip.
Getting worse. Just bad! The Pembroke pines location. The fries tasted like they were from last week, stale & cold. The beans were under cooked as well as the chicken. Usually the chicken is over cooked and hard. The toast was hard as a rock. The week before they had no milk. My kids were very upset! Every Wednesday seems to always have some kind of problem. If its not the food. Its the staff because they are short servers. When their short staff the management just sits around and doesn’t help out.
Judge For Yourself !!!!. My husband wanted BBQ for dinner last night and he said I sure do miss Scruby’s (Tamarac location). I remembered that they had a Davie location and went online to find the address While I was there I made the mistake of reading the reviews. We were shocked by the number of bad reviews. Finally after trying to find another place to go, I told my husband let’s just go there and see for ourselves. From the minute we were greeted as we came in the door until the time we left we had a great experience. The staff was friendly and the food was GREAT. Glad we decided to judge for ourselves. We almost missed a great dinner. Don’t hesitate to visit Scruby’s for a great meal. We will absolutely go back again.
The food is good. The only thing i can say about the atmosphere is that its nit for small young kids. I have a 2 year old and a 4 month old and this place is not comfortable for them.
Best Ribs in Town. This place have the best ribs in town…A+
Used to be a great BBQ joint. In the last 2 years or so has gone downhill. Same with the service. At one time was about the best place in Broward county, no more. I go to Flannigans now for good ribs.
