Disappointed. I went to this restaurant with a friend for a sushi meal after the movies nearby. The decor was lovely and the restaurant appeared clean. Unfortunately, when we first ordered our drinks of water. The waiter returned telling us that there was a boil water order and we would have to purchase a bottle of water for $6.00. I told them they should not charge us for the water since this was an unforeseen condition, not of the customers cause.They refused to include the water and also did not allow me to bring my own water. We left and went to a excellent Italian restaurant in the same plaza. The Italian restaurant did not have an issue with the water.As it turned out the boil water restrictions were lifted the same afternoon. Our visit to the restaurant was at 4:30PM on Sept.7, 2014 Visited September 2014
Bad experience, not worth going there.. It is sad to say that our visit will be the last one. First the place looked promising to our family who love sushi and asian food but soon we will found out that the place is not worth. The quality was not extraordinary and worst it was too pricey. In top our rice entrees had pieces of broken ceramic plate in it. The waitress treated us well but the manager did not do anything to try to comfort us. Definitely not recommended .
Extremely dissappointed.. We were returning customers till yesterday. We visited with the intention of ordering their fried rice. Our order included 2 rolls and the rice with a beer and water. First our order was taken incorrectly, and our waitress NEVER checked up on out table not even to see if we wanted anything else. Even though the place was not very busy it took well over 30 mins for us to get a portion of our food. Our rolls came in (wrong) and our rice never made it to the table. To add insult to injury mins after we ordered another table was seated next to us. Their order was taken, their food arrived (complete), they finished eating, and we still did not have our food. The rolls were terrable for the price and we requested for our check and for the rice to be cancled as we had finished our meal. At that moment the waitress FINALLY appeared with our rice. We informed her that we did not want the rice. She rolled her eyes at us and went to the manager who was standing by the kitchen on his cell phone (texting I’m assuming). I expected him to come to our table but instead he stayed on his phone and didn’t even bother. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! AND I WILL MAKE SURE TO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW AS WELL.
Downhill!!!!. We have been coming to this location for the past couple of years, even though the prices are a bit high,their fried rice and rolls are very good, service has been good,was there last night and it was total opposite, food was mediocre and service was horrible,latin sushi roll wasnt good at all, tried it as a new dish,not even worth describing for the price, order was wrong and didnt even get my fried rice until both our rolls were done.Worst thing about it was that we didnt even get a response from a manager!! Drinks were empty, could have ordered more but the waitress was nowhere to be found and who we thought that maybe is /was the manager while all this was happening he was texting and playing around with his phone. Sorry but not worth the prices, drive,service and quality. Wont be back.
Not worth the price!. Sushi Sake wanted to charge me a dollar for eel sauce even though the JB Roll was supposed to come with it. Very expensive – not worth the price. We went tonight for the first and last time! The service was good although you barely finish and they are ready to whisk your plate away. Also its overpriced…lastly they charged extra for spicy mayo and eel sauce. We have been to many Sushi restaurants and this is the first time they charged extra…like I said we wont be going back!!!
