This location is clearly ran by a bunch of untrained individuals. The staff is not dress appropriately, wait time is ridiculously long, and customer service isn’t a priority. Giving this location a 1 is being generous. Management needs to be reevaluated as well as staff!
Not up to Standards. Used to enjoy a trip to T.G.I.F.’s but not to this one.Food is OK but that as far as it goes. Nothing spectacular or nothing that stands out.Rest of the review is downhill from there. Service is non existent and when you do get your order, there’s a high probability that it is wrong. Place is noisy and the fact that an empty table can sit there with all of the dirty dishes on it for 15 minutes before anyone bothers to clean it up does not give the impression of a clean restaurant.There are still good restaurants in this chain but unfortunately, this is not one of them.

I like. Fun place to relax have a few drinks then munch on their awesome appertizers
