I had my dinner at Zaika. Food was good. I enjoyed butter chicken and naan. I should say service was horrible. I had to ask for napkins, water etc. I was the only one in eating there and no wonder nobody is going to this restaurant. I strongly believe they should improve the customer service from 0% to at least 30-40%. With good quality of food, if they can improve the customer service, they can become a decent restaurant. Ignorance is the best insult. Having said that, one can feel he is insulted after going to this restaurant. I would still give a good grade for food quality.
Found Zaika when another restaurant in the same strip mall was closed. We tried their buffet and were so surprised and delighted by the food. From Chiken Tika to the kebabs and their rice, the flavors were rich and nuanced. The naan bread is warm and fluffy-chewy and they just keep bringing it out. A fantastic value for money.
Tastebuds in heaven!. Food is phenomenal and prices are great. I’ve never had such great tandoori chicken! You could tell that the ingridents weren’t from a box. The naan are so fluffy and fresh, that I had a bunch made to go.
