Water bath bbq. Just ate at arlene’s first visit, ordered half bbq chicken with collard greens, and mac n cheese.collard greens were a D grade just not good odd flavoring in greens, mac and cheese grade F bland with little cheese, needed salt and pepper badly. The chicken was smoked well nice flavor, but this place put the chicken in a water bath so that it doesnt dry out, now this leaves the seasoning on the chicken wet,, also makes the chicken skin like rubber. BBQ chicken grade C. overall grade Diam not commeting on the customer service , because there is noneIam sorry to say that a national chain like Sonnys Real Pit BBQ is the best in Pensacola.for the same price i could have got auce bbq waaaaaaaay better sides, and great customer service which this place lacks.
