After reading reviews here and elsewhere about theless than satisfactory service, and after one previous attempt to have a meal here, we returned today, and I am glad to report that the service was very, very nice. The wait person checked on us a couple of times, had a big smile, and was really pleasant. The lunch was of fairly standard quality, but reasonably priced for a quick sandwich and soup or salad mid-day meal. By mistake we had a coupon for a different branch of Beef ‘O’ Brady’s but the manager honored it anyway, when he didn’t have to. So I am happy to report that it seems things are improved and I look forward to returning.

Disapointed. I have been to many Beef’s and always brag about the franchise but this location is a real problem. I have tried eating there five or six times since they opened and the service has been terrible every time. Never busy on any of these trips so I’m not sure why they can’t get that together. Great location but I agree with an earlier reviewer that the room is loud and lacks warmth. Hope they can figure this out before they go under.
I gotta say service suuuuucks! Even when there’s not many people inside the servers are slooooow! I sat down at a table and waited for 30mins before i decided to walk to the bar and get my own drink. If i had 4 hands id give it 4 thumbs down.
Service anyone, anyone?. Bartender said he couldnt see us because of a pole. Truth is he was on his cell phone. Two waitresses both told us they had not clocked in yet. any last but not least the food was awful. The epitome of a franchisee not paying attention to his business. Great place for tourists who dont know any better!!
Great service and huge selection of food ! They even have 43 beers on tap. Awesome addition for Downtown Pensacola.
They were not busy and it still took 20 minutes to get 8 wings. When I did get them they were no longer hot.
