Love the food here! It’s by far the best Vietnamese food you can get in Pensacola. It’s at the back of a grocery store/market, but they have plenty of seating and very fast service!
Finally tried Bien Dong a couple months ago and wished I’d tried long ago! It’s now our favorite place we shop and eat there a few times a week. The Pho is the best I’ve ever eaten and the chicken and rice is equally as good. The roasted pig and duck are something I pick up at least once a week. The spring rolls and the bubble tea are a couple more of our favorites. We have loved everything we’ve tried.
Great selection of groceries, and amazing fresh food. The pho was very tasty, and full of meat. Fresh spring rolls are top notch. The sticky rice…oohwheee. I’ll definitely be back.
Out of the various oriental markets in Mobile and Pensacola, Bien Dong is the best amongst them. To get an order of their roasted pork, chicken or duck, you have to be there before noon on a weekend. Their aisles were very narrow allowing only one-way cart traffic at a time. They have recently made an expansion that makes shopping a little easier.
Grocery Store. Yes they have some stuff you could get for lunch, like a moon cake and a Boss Coffee. They have some lunch or to go items. And yes they have stuff I wouldn’t eat, (or want to even look at) like animal parts. But I can’t go in here without filling a basket. Great place to go if you like to cook Asian style foods, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, Thai, Everything west of Hawaii!Great place to get sauces, spices, noodles, different vegetables, canned goods, interesting desserts, etc.Make your own Ton Yom, Kimchee, Sweet and Spicy, Pho, all of it. Prices are very reasonable even cheap. A great specialty store for Pensacola. I usually go here and stock up enough stuff to cook for a whole season.
Great place!. This place is GREAT! They get fresh produce in every week, and they also try to accommodate for people of all ethnicities. From Japanese, to Indian, to Filipino products, they’ve got it all. Most of the time, if they don’t have what you’re looking for, they’ll order it for you! The new owners are great and much nicer than the previous owners. They’ve really brightened up the place. Keep up the great work!
