Waited too long to be server. We showed up at 9:00pm on a Wednesday. It wasn’t busy at all, yet we waited over 15 minutes on our server. We walked out and went next door to mellow mushroom.
Unacceptable. They can not make a crispy wing. No worries, but tell me when I order that you do not have the ability to make a wing crispy. Be warned, no matter what you tell them you are getting soggy wings. Terrible. Never again.
Waited and waited and waited for the waitress to take our order–at least 25 minutes. Meanwhile, she was busy flirting with the sailors at a table nearby. Ha ha ha and laughing and up close and personal she was with these military men. Mind you, they were seated well after us. Guess what we did! We walked out and had lunch elsewhere, where the manager cares about customers and good service. I recommend you stay away — unless you’re in the military.
Recent visit was our last. warm beer in a warm glass by a waitress who seem totally out of her element. She didnt know the menu or anything about beer. We ordered wings..waited almost an hour. They werent even warm, like they had been sitting on the counter for an hour and were wholly undercooked. people are gonna get sick here becvause no one is managing the kitchen or servers. Our freinds at the next table left after waiting for 20 minutes for drinks, and food that never did arrive. No management team apparently, the staff seemed to be having a great time not waiting on customers. watch how fast this places goes under…….
Our service was wonderful the last time we went to BWW. Janessa was awesome. It did take a while to get our food and by time it came out, it wasn’t very hot anymore. The bartender disappeared for 10 minutes, so it took us a while to get our margaritas too. Id still go back though. I love the atmosphere.
You can do better. I know this is a sports bar, but when you have to yell so the person sitting next to you can hear you, it’s too loud. The TV noise is deafening, but you can’t make out what the announcers are saying, so it’s just garbled and makes it imposible to carry on a conversation. The food is just okay and the service is slow. One kid meal was a hot dog; it’s literally half a hot dog. Who serves half a hot dog? There are much better sports bars in Pensacola and you don’t leave them with a migraine.
Not impressed with THIS one…. I’ve actually had to come back and revise my previous review of this establishment. BWW’s is a sports fan’s paradise for tv’s, wings, and drinks. don’t expect too much more than that. unfortunately, this location suffers from terrible upper management who care more about themselves than their customers. i often sit at the bar, but even at tables, service is slow even on dead nights. my wings often would arrive luke warm at best, and it would take a good 10-15 minutes to refill my empty glass. while the selection of things to watch is great, i get better service at chilis. not my first, second, or fifth choice…
