I was in town for my mothers birthday and could not make her cake. I ordered from the Cake Gallery. They completely exceeded my expectations. The cake was absolutely beautiful, but even more so the flavor. We ordered the lemon cake, which was moist – not too dense but not too fluffy either, The lemon curd was filling was perfect and the French butter cream icing a nice balance to the sweet/tart lemon curd. Several local guests at the party asked where I had it ordered. They definitely will be using The Cake Gallery as well. Since I am here for my birthday I will be ordering my cake from them too!
