Warning!!! The market was great but to actually go sit down in the restaurant is disappointing. The wait staff is very short with you and EVERY single thing on the menue that can be fried IS fried! Obviously not the baked beans or cole slaw but all of the meat is only served fried and it is all rolled and fried the exact same way so it all tastes the same. Way too many other great choices out there to waste your money here.
Very slow service waited for over 30 minutes for our food. It was ok, nothing special.
Shrimp basket ok, a bit overpriced. Best part of the meal was the cheese grits. Cole slaw tasted off like it was old, didn’t eat more than one bite.
I’ll pass. No thank you.
Yummmm. Fried fish, haddock basket was daaa bomb! literally the ONLY seafood place I will eat in pcola.Good ol big helpin of fries, enough for two people.Dank cole slaw, fresh beans too!
Seafood is super fresh, staff is very friendly. Breading is a little heavy. Great hushpuppies, good cole slaw, fries were not so good.
Not Gourmet, But Good. I grew up in Pensacola in the 1950’s and 60’s. I once helped re-do a boat’s hull at Joe Patti’s dry dock, and my mother bought seafood from them for years. About every third trip back, my wife and I like to have something from Patti’s. This time, we decided to do a mini-picnic at nearby Sanders Beach. We picked up a couple of fried grouper platters with fries and slaw. This food has never been gourmet, but is good, fried, down home cookin’.
