The official name is Deluna’s Chat and Chew. It’s by the waterfront/pier across Jaco’s. I had a waffle cone of heavenly hazelnut which was $4.25 plus tax. It’s dark chocolate base and it was decent. The hours posted was 11am to 5pm daily.
Great Place!. I’m an employee in the downtown area and stop by here for lunch a lot. Great prices, the two individuals who run the place are just the nicest people you’ll ever meet, and the food is always delicious. My favorite meal is either the chicken salad or the chicken basket. Definitely recommend it!

YUMMM!!!!!. Came down here for a class my school is right up the road from this place.. this little shack turns out some outstanding cheese burgers… so outstanding in fact that i have never reviewed a food place and usually detest the idea of doing so. any way its a really good place fast service and really nice older lady running it. NOM NOMS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great Plaza Food. This is a great little outdoor cafe that has gourmet flavor food. I was surprised that it had as large of a menu, and that the food was so flavorful. Nice location (can’t beat the Deluna Plaza), beautiful scenery, and a good place to have a pleasant meal or snack. I will have to try it for breakfast on a Saturday morning. I can’t wait to take the kids fishing on the pier and eating a meal here.
