Nice try, Franco’s in Orange Beach, with the bad reviews. Franco’s in Pensacola make the sauce fresh right in the back of the restaurant. The seafood is very fresh from local seafood markets and the food is not microwaved. Franco’s in Pensacola is very authentic and take pride in everything that is prepared. As for Franco’s in Orange Beach, you need to focus more on your customer service, its horrible, dcor may be off the wall, but service sucks.I waited for a server to come to my table and figured if it takes this long for introduction, by a server, than I would be there all day to get my meal. We left and went to Bubbas! Franco’s in Pensacola, your immediately greeted, seated and beverage. Your food comes out in a timely manor depending on what you order but its well worth the wait. The House dressing, ranch, bleu cheese and 1000 island dressings are made right there in the restaurant. If you want REAL authentic Italian food, go to Franco’s in Pensacola.
