Excellent food and great service. Lots of small tasting plates to try. We always get tasting plates and share so we can try a variety of dishes. The location is great as well with plenty of nearby parking and door in the back to enter from the back lot.
Best restaurant in Pensacola. Destination for foodies. Chef combines local ingredients and traditional southern influences with modern flavor profiles. Chef does the most creative Mediterranean meets southern food type dishes. Food is sourced locally as much as possible. Recommend lamb lollipops and anything chef is doing with fish and grits. Frequently fish is sourced from day boats. We eat here once a month and its where we bring most out of town guest. We’ve never been disappointed.
A most agreeable meal. Dinner at Global last night. One of the best meals we have enjoyed.1st course: olives in oil Excellent2nd course: Bottle of Silver Oak Napa 09…Duck breast salad, and Shrimp and Pumpkin bisque. Salad was awesome. But if I am being honest the soup was an odd combo that neither of us cared for.3rd course: My wife had blue cheese stuffed filet of beef and I had the Waygu Ribeye special. Both magnificentlast course: dessert was molten ganache filled cake with a scoop of basil ice cream. I’m not really sweets person but my wife enjoyed it.Over all an excellent experience and the minor niggles were easily over looked.
Great experience..service was wonderful our server Steve was very friendly and helpful..we loved the crab cakes, tuna cubes, lobster wontons, and gooey cake!! Only things that could be better..putting the daily specials on a menu..it’s takes forever for the server to describe each of the specials then trying to remember what they are is overwhelming..and the restrooms could have been cleaner for the scale of the restaurant..overall great time and we will be back!!
The food here is amazing!!!! If you cannot give this place a 100% rating, you are crazy! Food and desserts are AMAZING!!!
Get the Lamb Lollipop for an App then go somewhere else for dinner. The Lamb Lollipop[ is an excellent dish, full flavored and well cooked every time I’ve gotten it. Beyond that none of the other dishes I’ve tried there have really impressed me. I’ve taken to coming their for my appetizer and then going somewhere else for dinner.
Definitely make a reservation! Creme Brle was fantastic! Enjoyed each tapas dish we tried.
