Food good but service was terrible. I went to Jason’s deli last week and stood in line that seemed like forever. I finally got to the register and the cashier who was completely rude decides to take a phone call as soon as I was ready. She then came back eventually and hurried me up to order. I felt like I was being a nuisance to her because I had many questions as I had never been there before. I sat down eventually after going through the maze and waited about 20 minutes for my potato. All the while observing the chaos in the store I noticed the manager standing in the corner on her phone. Unbeknownst to anyone that there’s a pile of dishes on multiple tables. So hardly a place to sit due to dirty tables. I will never come back to this place ever. Seems to be unorganized lack of employees and not clean. Oh and the cashier who looks like a deer in headlights needs to reevaluate her career choice BC if that’s the kind of hospitality she was trained to give or customer service skill, she lacks a whole lot and needs to step it up.
