Food sounded good from the menu descriptions but was terribly bland. The wasabi paste was brown (old?) and flavorless. Even the old standards like spicy tuna and spider roll fell flat. Though we asked for the lower sodium soy sauce we were clearly given the regular, though to hide this they simply put it in an unmarked jar. With so many better places to eat in town we won’t be going back to this one.
Fantastic sushi. Highly recommend the House made ramen. Great blend of local influences with Japanese cuisine. The izakaya, specifically the steamed buns are great. Atmosphere is clean, simple, artistic. Highly recommend.
