Ha. This place is a joke. No host at host stand when I came in. After almost five minutes I was sat by an overwhelmed server who also ended up taking care of us. It took Christine 15 minutes to bring us our drinks. It was apparent she had too much going on. A manager was never visible the whole time we were there. The food took 45 minutes to come and was straight up cold. Because I am a nice person I just asked for boxes and took everything home where I could reheat it. As a patron at a restaurant who’s paying good money I shouldn’t have to do that. I will never be visiting them again.

Absolutely Love it!. I have eaten here 3 times total. I had the cajun chicken pasta on my first trip. It was great. Then, this week I had the Pot roast with broccoli casserole. The roast just melted in my mouth. The smashed potatoes and casserole were great also. And yesterday I had the Shrimp Scampi. It was very very tasty!. The portion size is perfect! I even had enough leftovers to eat for dinner. I will be returning very often. Great food and service.
Ervin provided great service. He was prompt, polite and knowledgeable about the menu, a definite asset to O’Charlies. when I come back, I’ll be looking to sit at one of his tables. Rebecca the bartender this morning was telling two customers seated at the bar how great McGuire’s is. I was seated within earshot of the bar and could hear her comments. She was pleasant and polite and treated her customers well. she was talking about the other place With the drink specials and Sunday brunch, I’m surprised everyone around her didn’t get up and go over to McGuire’s. – Bad way to get some customers to come back, she must get a kick back from the other place.
Not the cleanest restaurant – service is mediocre at best – average food – not really worth the money. I’ve been to other O’Charley’s that were great. This one obviously has poor management in place.
Even though it had a low percentage we decided to try it. Our server, Josh was wonderful. He did everything possible to make it an enjoyable dinner. The steaks were delicious. I prefer my veggies a little more cooked than hard steamed and he even had a second side ordered up to make sure it was correct. The place was very clean, and staff was friendly. Too bad all servers are not as attentive as Josh, it would make eating out so much more enjoyable.
Agaisnt my better judgement took my daughter here for her birthday as that was what she wanted. We sat down quick 10 minutes later they took our order. Drinks come out with green stuff all over the cups like broccoli or something. Ordered our food anyway and they forget my daughters so 15 minutes pass and then hers comes out. What a waste of a time coming here and they have a sign that says Management training store all I could say is wow. I would go somewhere else.
