Ozone is a locals secret place for awesomeness…Pizza, Calzones, good beer selection and full bar. Located hidden in the basement of a long abandon hospital, the atmosphere is not your chain store pizza joint. Many young people hang out here on mondays for half price pizza, so mondays it can be full. Staff is friendly, food is hot, and once you go you will return. I suggest you try the John Wayne calzone….ok, now im hungry….
The Total Package. Yes, I believe O’zone is the total package. Killer beers on tap. Hip wait staff and vibe, although if you are looking for fake smiles and annoyingly helpful service you might want to search elsewhere. In addition to a unique selection of handmade pizzas they offer some great salads, nachos, and hummus. They also offer vegan cheese and gluten-free dough for those with unique dietary needs. Every new guest I bring raves about the whole experience. Thanks O’zone!! And keep slinging them quality pies that we’ve been spoiled with for the last 15 years!
Before we even knew they messed up our order, they had brought us free chips and then our waitress came to explain that the chips and pizza were on the house. Completely unexpected, but shows you exactly how much they care about their customers. The foghorn longhorn pizza was awesome, and their beer selection is pretty good. Must try the Rogue Mocha if you like porters or stouts.
Love this place, but currently have been waiting on sweet tea. 15 minutes.
Ok pizza, BAD crust. Lots of toppings to choose from which is nice but when those yummy toppings are on a pre frozen pre homemade crust, all hope is lost. Another pie that doesn’t compare to Bella Luna in Perdido Key.
The service in this joint is a crapshoot – at best. Sometimes the servers are on top of it… Other times it’s hard to tell if they have a pulse, let alone a personality. But I’ve mostly enjoyed their food and atmosphere in the past. This time we tried (against my better judgement, and I was right!) the foghorn leghorn nonsense. Worst pizza ever. The to go box probably had more flavor. I’ll stick with the nutty idea from now on. It seems the crust has changed. It’s kind of flat and weird.
