Another Try. My fiance and I agreed to meet some friends for lunch a little over a week ago at Olive Garden and I have learned from prior experiences to stick to the soup and salad, but one of our co-diners told me that the pizza was very good, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered a regular pizza and added the toppings that I wanted (you can only choose 4) and if my memory serves me well, it was sausage, onions, mushrooms, and roma tomatoes. I have to say that I have had worse pizza from a frozen box, but not when I have ordered it inside a restaurant and it came to the table fresh out of the oven. I did notice that my friends food all looked the same, as if it was all prepared somewhere else and shipped frozen to the Pensacola restaurant where it was warmed up and served……I told myself that I was thinking crazy and should not think OG was like Red Lobster and it must all be made fresh inside the kitchen, and that is when reality hit me and I remembered where I was.I think if you are feeling lazy and do not want to put some frozen box of Italian food in the microwave to eat at home, or maybe you just like to eat out….this is a fair option for you. If you are a foodie, I really do not need to say more. The soup and salad is quite good, but if you branch out from that, it is at your own risk. I wish you luck if you do…..I make much better food at home.

I’ve never written a review before and I’m being extremely biased here, but the service we had was amazing. I can’t remember the name of our waiter, but he was just awesome. Brought out our food right on que when my fianc and I finished our soups and salads and didn’t bother us, but he had came out with refills on our drinks and bread sticks like he was watching us on camera haha. E got a good tip from us… Also he seemed like a very genuine nice guy, it helped that he kinda had like an English accent lol
Took the family last night and had a great meal. The food good, service was a little slow but they were very busy.
Great!. The food was really good (I had the lobster cannelloni with shrimp), the service was quick and attentive and very friendly! I loved the two waiters we had coming to our table, they were fantastic! I went here just last night for dinner with my close friends to celebrate my birthday, as well as my best friend’s, and they made it fun and amazing. I will go again, because I have always liked this Olive Garden.
High price for Bland Food. My last three visits to Olive Garden were not good. Salad was drenched in dressing and soggy like the dressing had been sitting on the salad for a long time. The soup was watery, not creamy. The spinach dip was very bland. I’ve also had bad waitress service, been cut off by servers hustling around the restaurant, and listened to chatty female hosts gossip about customers and workers with each other in front of customers while I waited for my to go order, which was supposed to made in advance, but they didn’t start working on it until I got there.This establishment ruins the chain for Olive Garden because I have eaten at other Olive Gardens and there food doesn’t taste like this place.I will not be returning to this Olive Garden in Pensacola and highly discourage others who like Olive Garden to eat at this one.
