Ho Hum. I have never understood the attraction to the sandwiches at this restaurant. The Deli Case and New Yorker are light years ahead of Panera and do not use heavy mustards or aiolis to cover the flavors of their meats and breads. I think that the bread is too dense and the crusts are hard as well. I do not need sun dried tomato bread that is chewy slathered with sauce to make my sandwich . The soups and salads are pretty good, as are the bagels, but not enough to get me to come back in. Can not wait for Jason’s Deli to open soon!

Great food and worth the price paid! I had a vegetarian sandwich the tomato and fresh mozzarella on ciabbata, it’s a big sandwich for one person but great! Aly was such a great help deciding what to get, and very friendly! I would eat here again for sure!

I love Panera Bread. The savory breads are great, not so much the sweets and cookies though. The soups taste fresh, I don’t know if they are from a bag or not, but at least they don’t taste like it.The sandwiches are consistently good, and you really do get a great value if you do the Pick 2 where you get half a sandwich with a coup of soup or a small salad for less than $10.So many places around town wish they could serve sandwiches this good and while I always like to support smaller mom and pop establishments more, sometimes the franchises just do a better job.

Can’t Go Wrong. You can’t go wrong with Panera Bread. One thing I like about chains are the fact they are consistent everywhere you go (in my experience). I’m reading over the other reviews and wondering how their service is poor. I’ll admit, when it’s busy, you’ll stand in line for a bit, but once ordered, food comes out fairly quick. Yes, it’s self service, but I think that’s the niche Panera Bread is going for.

Need a little more value. It’s always consistently good at Panera, regardless of the location. I think most people are familiar with the place, so I won’t write much. Sometimes I feel the prices are tad high for the portion size. Sometimes I do leave feeling a little unsatisfied. I usually end up getting a piece of bread as the side instead of chips and that helps fill me up. But I shouldn’t have to chow down on a chunk of empty carbs to help me feel full after a meal I paid for.

Needs work.. Best chocolate chip bagels on the planet. Service…..not so good. I was a manager at a Panera in Jacksonville, Florida and if our service was as bad as this place we would have went bankrupt.
