Had to listen to servers complain about other guests while at service pos – very unprofessional. Food took longer than expected and was just alright.

Smelly carpets…so bad the smell lingers in my thoughts…flooring needs to be changed to laminate or hard wood.

The only thing I eat there worth the money and value is their Bruschetta(sp) appetizer. I can get a better salad at Waffle House and Texas Roadhouse. My whole family knows that I won’t go there unless I just want that appetizer because their tea is awful and salad is inadequate.

Super Gross (I don’t usually write reviews, but people need to know about this place!). Our group had a retirement party at Red Lobster. I had never eaten at a Red Lobster because I was wary of the quality of food there. However, I was willing to be open minded and give it a try. To my disappointment, my wariness was confirmed–the food was horrible and the price was even more outrageous! I had ordered a baked potato with a lobster topping and in the menu, it was priced at 3.99. I had also ordered 1 CUP of lobster bisque and an iced tea. When I got my food, the bisque was congealed. The lobster topping was less than a handful of lobster and the pieces were rubbery. Needless to say, the meal was disappointing. However, when I got my meal ticket, those 3 items–A BAKED POTATO, TEA and A CUP OF SOUP–the total was $14.00!!Since it was a big group gratuity was added on for a total of $17.66. For only 3 items! I asked the waitress if this was correct because that’s what it said on the menu, and she said a potato is priced separately and the topping is $3.99. I find that to be very misleading in the menu. If this establishment wants to add the word ‘lobster’ as an excuse to hike up the prices, they should either have real lobster and cook it the right way or charge what is reasonable for the amount of food they serve.People who’ve tasted this place and liked it, you may want to check out your taste buds. Also, we live on the gulf where we get local, FRESH seafood for a good price, so treat yourself that way instead of coming to Red Lobster. I for one, will never go again.

DNR- Do Not Return. I only have a few restaurants that I have sworn off forever. Red Lobster is one of them.Years ago I had decided that the only thing really worth putting in my mouth there were the cheese biscuits and the salad. However upon my last visit I was treated to perhaps the worst meal of my life. The steak was overcooked, the shrimp were over seasoned and over cooked. The Appetizer seafood cheese dip stuff was ice cold. All of this was perhaps excusable except for the fact that the lemons they used to garnish our plates were ROTTEN. I don’t mean a little bad either, I mean black, with FUNGUS! It is in fact the single grossest item I have ever had served to me. The manager was very nice and to his credit did the best he could to repair the damage. After that though, I simply could not return. I mean how many people had to have handled or see that garnish and did NOTHING to keep it from reaching the guest? If so little concern is shown for the garnish how can I expect anything else to be different.

Different. Our anniversary is Valentine’s Day but we know how crowded restaurants were going to be so we waited until the following weekend. I had a pasta dish that had lobster in it, first time eating lobster, was not at all impressed by it. Usually I get the Alfredo fettuccine with shrimp, I’ll stick with that. They changed the appearance both inside and out. We don’t eat there very often and it may be awhile before we go back.

Never again.. Been here once and it was really bad (frozen seafood). Never went back. But why would I when I can get FRESH seafood at plenty of other restaurants.
