Shutdown 8 times for Health Code Violations. closed for business twice this week after failing several health inspections.The health inspection report lists everything from grease build up and debris to hundreds of roaches dead and alive. inspectors found five high priority violations and 21 other violations. The report lists dozens of violations at the restaurant including a lack of proper pest control measures, floor drains backing up and oyster tags not marked with the last date served.
Tried Shux for the first time today and man I have been missing out! The manager was our waiter and he made us seem like he knew us forever. We started off with Oyster Rockeflore. I’ve honestly never liked oysters, only tried once, but they were really really good. Also added the Seafood Chowder. Amazing, and packed full of seafood! Entree was Shuckin Grits. Shut the front door, it was dang good. Will definitely be back, and also going to have the Waiter delivery place spoil me once in a while. Can’t wait to bring my husband back with me!
