After the happy hour special from Graffiti Pizza, I was still hungry. So I came to check out The Tin Cow. I did my own burger which was a bison patty with a bed of salad, arugula, olives, pickled beet, shaved parmesan and roasted garlic aioli. You can pick how well your meat is cooked. The food came out decent. The vegetable was fresh and tasty. The meat was slightly under seasoned. I also had a side of broccoli instead of fries. The broccoli was seasoned. Overall, it was ok. I may have to try their spiked milkshake next time.
