Okay, this may have been a good/great restaurant, it may be a good/great restaurant someday, but tonight it was terrible, in every aspect. Service, very bad. Entrees, they were served after a very long wait, cold! I will not be back.

Good food, friendly service. Overall it just wasn’t anything special, typical Italian fare that you can get at almost every Italian restaurant around town but with higher prices.

Chefboyrdee taste more like italian than this joke of a restaurant. I don’t even know where to begin. I have been pissed for two days trying to calm down enough to write this. First off I love Italuan food and can cook it pretty good to and I am no chef. When I go out to eat its because I want to relax, enjoy some good dinner and good company. Now let me tell you a bit about me. When I was in the military I dated an Italian man. His mother invited us many times for dinner and it was amazing. So stuffed you wanted more. When I gor stationed in Californa my new roomate was also Italuan. Her family owned an authintic Italian restaurant in San Francusco. The food was amazing even down to the spumoni. We ate here several times a week and always had left overs. When I was in Hawaii it was bucca debepos or The spagetti factory. Both are pretty decent and reasonable even considering its Hawaii. My daughter inlaw works at a real italian restraunt in illinois ran by real italians. Everything made fresh daily. I was so missing good Italian was hoping this was it. But a major let down. Anyone that knows me know I hate olive Garden. This place is worse. Waitress was rude I dont think she has one customer service skill. Second our salads and appetizers.sucked. I love Chicken marsala and can make it pretty good to. Presentation sucked, Chicken marsala is made with Marsala wine and you dont use breaded chicken it’s. Not chicken parm! And what the hell was that mess piccata. Food has poor presentaton looks like its slopped on your plate. Food us over done and bland. Italuan food should be bursting with flavors. And management does not give a damn about making anything right. I wouldn’t give this slop away. This is not authintic Italian. Fazollis is better than this.

How could you not love this place!! Only downside is you leave so full, the new half portions are much better. I recommend the chicken Alfredo and a bottle of sparkling wine.

very nice decor, very nice staff, higher than average price, very average food. We were hoping for something exceptional, and would have been happy paying for it. Nothing special about this fare…

We ate there this past Thursday. After reading some the reviews we were hesitant about food and the service. However, our concerns were unfounded. The service and food was good. The waitress suggested a new wine that we enjoyed. She and other restaurant staff were attentive without being overly so. It allowed us to have uninterrupted conversations. The bruschetta was fantastic, but if you read the menu description you’ll know it’s not traditional. My friend and I ordered pasta dishes that were nothing to write home about, but nothing wrong with them either. My husband had the best dish of the night hands down, the scallops and risotto. They were the best scallops we’d ever tasted and the risotto was absolutely delicious. Looking at the menu you see dishes that a Chef obviously added to the menu, next time I’m choosing one of those items. We are adding this restaurant to rotation of favorites.

Poor Dinner. Had chicken marsala if you could call it that. A nice breaded breast w/o any sauce and a scoop of mushrooms with a pile of naked mashed potatos. No sauce so no marsala flavor. The wife had shrimp scampi and she said it also carried from the traditional selections she has had in the past. It was pasta with shrimp on top. The place was 2/3 empty but we got seated two feet from the waiters station so we either had waiters standing over our shoulder or passing by to get the water pitchers. Wanted to go there for some time, a real disappointment.
