Some truly tasty standouts – like the bright ceviche, butter-poached, wonderfully tender shrimp, and delightful, not-sweet pistachio creme anglaise with the out-of-sight, nearly savory ricotta bunuelos, alongside perky service were pluses, but under-seasoned bottarga sauce on the linguine and a lackluster bread service, along with no bread-crumb removal between courses sort of moved this off the high-end dining perfection mark for me. bighungryshelby.com
