What has happened to my favorite place? Was asked if we would mind sitting at a high top table-was shown a seat at the bar-said no thanks was then seated across from bar at table- waiter took our order and gave us ice tea and coffee was never seen again till he gave us the bill-another server gave us our food and we was never asked by anyone if we wanted or needed anything -when the guy gave us the bill he said oh do you want dessert-then came back and set two small boxes on the table – never asked just gave us cheesecake???? our food -corn beef and cabbage dinner was barely warm and we got two rolls -no butter- we have been fans of this place since it was in the old location but lately it has really been so bad that if it doesn’t change we wont be back!
The most terrible experience ever. I called ahead specifically to ensure we would have no issues with the prime rib special they offer on Wednesday nights. I was told no problem never run out so we decided to dine in rather then take out. We arrive and 30 minutes into our service we are informed they ran out. The managers came over and all he did was say we do not guarantee and had an unusually night. Well that does not help when you call ahead to ensure no issues. He did not even offer to comp our drinks or the one appetizer. Will never give them another dime. Very sad considering the food is usually very good. I own restaurants and the answer he gave us is not except able. The amount of money they make one table with a check for 25 dollars would not have killed them to comp.
