The family and I absolutely love the Sea Horse! Weve been to St Pete area 4 of last 5 years and eat breakfast 1 or 2 times each trip here. The food is great! You cant go wrong with the corned beef hash! The staff is friendly and attentive!
average at best. Nice view of the water is probably the best thing about this place. The menu is not very inspiring at all. Wife had the oatmeal and if you want fruit it is frozen fruit. The omlete was depressing looking. They sell jelly and such but for breakfast they give you Smuckers instead of a sample of what they make. We came into the restaurant in a downpour so we didn’t see the wait for hostess sign and they gave us the side eye as we walked to a table. I can kind of understand if it was busy but there were only about 4 people in the entire place.
