Awesome……every time I go there!!!. I have been a customer at Sweet Caroline’s for quite a while now….Everything I’ve eaten is delicious. My friends and I meet there at least once a month..and they NEVER rush us out the door…..staff is outstanding!! I don’t know which I like better, the key lime or the lemon bar….I always buy both and savor every bite….Their prices are reasonable for the size and quality of the food and pastries……anyone that complains about price needs to go New York or Boston’s Italian section……and in my opinion, Mazzaro’s is over rated,,..didn’t like the sandwiches or the sweets….and I’m American Italian from NY…..I brought a friend there that lives in Corsica, FR and she was awed…..So there!PS the Italian Wedding Cookies are awesome…
Wedding Cake Masterpiece. We are so happy we chose Sweet Caroline’s Bakery to make our wedding cake. rich, the owner, set up a great tasting and we found out they use all handmade ingredients that just tasted fantastical. We brought pictures of what we were looking to do, and with confidence he said they could make our vision come true. I have to say, it was actually beyond our vision. The cake was the centerpiece of our wedding reception and came out absolutely beautiful! Not only that, it tasted incredible. They did this all at a very reasonable price. Anyone that wants a wedding cake of their dreams, Sweet Caroline’s is the place go.

Awesome 50th Anniversary cake. The cake was terrific and got rave reviews from 17 family members. Our cake had a cannoli cream center that everyone loved. Rich really went out of his way to make it special. It was his idea have me email a photo of the original wedding cake and he decorated the anniversary cake the same way . It made my mother in law tear up. Thanks so much!
Overpriced and underwhelmed. Nice space and items made on site, far superior to anything at a supermarket bakery but for the price the pastries and definitely the cakes are much better at Paesanos or Mazzaros. Thirty dollars for a stolen, really?
Amazing!. I have lived in Europe for twelve years and I’m constantly on the quest for the perfect European pastry (and chocolate mousse). What a wonderful surprise to find Sweet Caroline’s in Palm Harbor. Croissants that hold up to their European counterpart (finally) and chocolate mousse made from Swiss Chocolate (my home country) – again – only to be found on distant shores. What a gem we have here in Palm Harbor. Mike, the owner, is a Master! Hats off to this incredible bakery, thanking my lucky stars that it is here in Florida!
