Great food NO service.. We have been to the Varsity Club in Eastlake four times. It doesn’t matter if there are a handful of people or if it is full up, there is no service. Average time to have a waitress make initial contact is 15 min once it took 30 min. Every other visit averages 15 min. The only reason we go back is in the hopes that they fix it because the food is great.
Rude front house staff. I waited in the doorway for 7 mins, and was passed by 4 staff members before I was greeted. I stood for another 8 mins before I asked If I could be seated. They told me to sit anywhere, and then pulled me up after 2 mins of sitting to give a dine-in patron that booth. I waited 25 mins total for takeout
