Don’t order from here. We called to order some food to be delivered because we got a menu and coupons in the mail. I gave my address, placed my order, and paid with my debit card. They told me 45 minutes. 30 minutes later I receive a call from them wanting to know where exactly I was located. After I told the girl she tells me they do not deliver to me. I had the option of picking up the food or they would credit my card and it would take 5-7 days to go back into my account. So after waiting 30 minutes for my food I had to cancel the order and go some where else. Total BS that I was not told this before they charged my card. If u do order from this place make sure they deliver to your area. We are new to the area and did not know. They could have delivered it this one time since they probably already made the food.
Good food, awful service. I ordered from them because they are close and the pizza normally tastes good, but I was not satisfied with the customer service I received at all. First, they misused their computer system and delivered our pizza to the wrong address; they did not call us to figure out why no one answered at the random house they took the pizza to and simply brought the pizza back to the restaurant. We waited patiently for over an hour before finally calling to verify that the pizza was on the way, and after being interviewed by them, they finally told us that they had taken it to the wrong house 45 minutes ago and we kindly ordered another. It came quickly, but it was cold and unsatisfying and clearly the same pizza that they had misdelivered 45 minutes prior. They did not offer us any discount or sincere apologies, and the pizza they delivered was stale. We will not be ordering from them again any time soon.
My Favorite Pizza Hands Down. My biggest problem when eating at Vetture’s is figuring out what to get. Their pizza are always delicious and you can’t go wrong with their appetizers and Italian food. Every time I have ordered from them (at least once a week) everyone is pleasant, and if an occasional mix-up happens they have no problem correcting the issue.My try’s include the grandma and crispino pizza, and their pineapple ham pizza is just something special!
I have live in the area and have loved this restaurant for a long time. The service and food has progressively gotten worse over the last 2 months. I spoke with a manager tonight regarding the service and she simply didn’t care about me spending 50 dollars for cold pizza and really bad service. I will take my business elsewhere. To someone that does care about the money I spend in their establishment! When you have a choice where you spend your money…go with service!
Below average service and average at best food. Although I haven’t had the pizza, the pasta dishes I have eaten are very bland. Wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

Real NY Pizza. I lived in NY for 5 years and San’s Pizza is the real deal. High quality cheese and you’ll have it in less than 10 minutes. Clean. Friendly. I love it !
