The reviewis based on one visit thus shouldn’t be relied on in and by itself! Ambiance, on the water and a cool breeze, coming through the opened window was great. I ordered and ate at the bar, the bartender very good. The Reubensandwich I ordered was unrecognizable if I didn’t order it myself I couldn’t tell you what it was by tasting it, Bread was burnt to a crisp beyond the outer crust and even some of the center! Sourcrout had NO flavor plenty of corned beef but flavor meh… I believe most people would have sent it back, but I’m normallyeasy to please and ate on avoiding most of the crust.
Looks like a total dive from the outside but the food is amazing and very fresh. They have a very large menu so it makes it hard to choose. We were there for taco night and I had the Grouper tacos and they were excellent. Stuffed with fish and a nice salsa. I like the jalapeno conch fritters and my wife had the Grouper fillets which were nicely blackened. The girls had a chicken bowl which she loved and the other one had a huge piece of fish. The vegetables were steamed and that is always nice. Key lime pie for dessert was also very good. So far this is the best meal we had have down here. The servers were all quick, friendly and great.
