Steak and Cheese. Had the Philly Cheese and the beef was some of the best beef I’ve had in this type sandwich. There was no grease flow from the sandwich to the plate. A little water did dip but nothing like a sandwich from other places. The cheese was really good, much rooms were finely cut, they even sliced the pepperonis into small piece and added them to the meat. The green peppers were cooking with the meat and all together made for a really good sandwich for dinner.
