New Number One Spot. Just started going and love the service and good food. I have became a regular. The prices are reasonable. Matter fact, on my way right now to grab breakfast.
Better than Denny’s. Me and the wife went here for breakfast Tuesday morning. The service was good, the wait staff was nice and fast. They keept our coffee cups full, and food was served quick and hot. decent portions for value. I would bo back here again over a Denny’s anyday.
People have told me Wednesday is the Best Day to go to the Eggplatter. ………….since Mondy evening is when they wash the dishes. Our experience transended the food . . . our waitress gave us her life story (Soap Operas beware a new series is in the making) while we watched our cheeseburgers growing cold on the Orders Up shelf. The one order of fries was buring hot and the other was ice cold (neat trick.) The tea was great and flowed like a river, but we tried six ketsup bottles before we got one with enough to go with the now cold (and colder yer) fries. This used to be a great place to esacape the grind and get some down to earth home grease-fried grub, but lately is slipping into just another family-diner dump. They never learned that corned beef hash is supposed to be served at least warm and that cold eggs just don’t make up for soggy toast. What’s the world coming too when a dive really becomes a dump (or vise versa.)
