This is the worse i repeat worse place to eat, you get disrespected on the phone anytime you order for delivery.they are not friendly at all. the delivery lady with glasses and fat as a pig is very angry person. she expects a tip after being and speaking nasty to me. and they are lucky they dont have a corporate office because my letter would have been sent! worse place to eat i had way better food and wayyyyyyyy better customer service. this place is disgusting and should be shut down!!!
Bad Customer Service. Wow. This place is a trip. I call to place an order this morning and get a bad attitude and then get hung up on because people are busy in the restaurant. So I guess that is good reason to treat a potential customer like their money is no good in their place. No wonder the people answering the phones have bad attitude….because the same attitude is displayed by the owner. I called back letting the owner know how rude the order taker was and she tells me they were really busy this morning and sometimes it happens. It is what it is. I truly hope that they get what they give. Food may be great but it is even better when you have people that serve the food with great attitudes. Should have at least apologized. That would have made it a little better Kimmy.
Forgetful. They are usually outstanding!!! Best burger around. This time I ordered a Greek Salad with no Greek (Peppers, cucumbers, onion, olive) but they left out the potato salad!! That is what I was craving. I also ordered a grill cheese for a co-worker….no chips were in the container. Oh well…. we all have a bad day.
Everything they cook is phenomenol. I have been working on 49th st. for 2 years now. I frequent Kimmy D’s either by deliver or in person a minimum of twice a week. I have never had a bad meal from there. They are friendly, they are always packed and there service is 2nd to none! Do yourself a favor and take the time to either dine in for lunch or have them deliver that exquisite, down home cooking right to your job! Keep it rockin’ Kimmy!!

Great Local Spot. Great local spot, good food ,great menu, excellent service. When in the Pinellas Park, Largo, Clearwater area, make it a point to stop in at Kimmy D’s. It Beats a chain food factory every day !!! The Drivers from All Around Charters (Venice, Fl) love the place. You GO Girl !!!
