  I was very disappointed in this recently opened restaurant. I really enjoy Vietnamese food, and, judging by the signage the restaurant appears to offer a broad selection of dishes. It’s a relatively low cost place, so I was not put off by inconvenient parking or no one (and no sign) to tell me where to sit. I don’t expect or need pampering if the price is right and the food is good. In fact, I’ll admit the value pricing was attractive to me, especially given that several of the nearby Vietnamese restaurants are a little pricey. I placed an order for spring rolls (the narrow, fried kind, not the fresh wraps, which were not on the menu) while I looked at the menu. I was disappointed when the server could not describe how one of the posted specials was prepared. She couldn’t even tell me if it was an appetizer or a main course.After some time, the spring rolls arrived. One bite and I knew I did not care to order anything else. The spring roll was exceptionally greasy. But, much worse, it tasted as if the restaurant had not changed the cooking oil since the restaurant opened. I left the money to pay my tab and left. Apparently, no one on staff noticed or cared. I don’t normally give negative reviews, and considered not writing anything, but when I saw to low score other diners had given, I thought it best to warn others considering this restaurant.
