Mayan Pork on 1-22-15. Poor, extremely over cooked, dry with no tast

Hidden Treasure Continued. I just kind of glanced at some one reviews and I’m not sure if the place was owned by someone else before, I say that based on some of the negative reviews. Anyway, I wanted to add that the portions were pretty large and the food was hot and delicious.09 Nov, 2014Hidden Treasure. A couple of friends recommended this place and we read the reviews by other customers so we decided to give it a try. We were happily surprised by the entire experience. Half of us in the party are Hispanic or of Hispanic background, so we’re picky about Latin food. Well, no complaints at all!. I tried my husband Tri Omelette and it was awesome. My machaca omelette was excellent as well. My teenage daughters who are picky eaters went with breakfast tacos and loved them. And although I didn’t try everybody else’s dishes, all raved about them! The place is clean and the service is outstanding. Eduardo is happy to explain how a Cuban is serving Mexican food. The owner is also very nice and helpful. Don’t let the exterior of the building fool or scare. Trust me, once inside you’ll feel at ease and furthermore, once you finish your order you’ll be planning your next visit so that you can try something different on the menu! Love supporting small family businesses in our community and Seor Taco will be a regular place for us!
Best Mexican in town. This restaurant has the best authentic Mexican food with a hint of Mayan flavor in town. I like to try something new each time, and among our favorites are the El Tri, the Machete, Queso Fundido and fried plantain filled with ground beef. They just recently started serving breakfast and the Huevos Rancheros is amazing! Eduardo is one of the owners and is usually there serving. He’s awesome and super friendly. Love love this place!
Seriously overpriced, add a dollar to the smallest taco you’ve ever seen just to add lettuce. Chips and salsa smallest portions too and )1.50 a teeny basket. Try Taco Sun on 22nd, food so much better and portions are normal. Carmelita’s on 66th so much better too. Open your wallet for Seor!

The best there is, best there was…and best there ever will be!. Senor Taco is amazing to say the least. Unlike many of the other bay area mexican restaurants, Senor Taco prepars food the RIGHT way. When you order something like the Mayan pork taco, chorizo taco, or for that matter, any of their tacos-you can taste ever single favor that was put into it. Nothing tasted processed or frozed…it is truly a fresh Mex restaurant. Bottom line, check this place out, you wont be sorry!
