This place is my jam!!! I’m pretty sure I go there once a week… I don’t live or work near it either! Super fresh and tasty food, the place and staff are clean! So far everything I’ve tried has been great but I have a special place in my heart for their boba tea, shaved ice and shrimp chips!!

I am a regular at this shop. They have the best selection of flavors and jellies for boba and ice. All of the food items that I have had are also very good. Very tasty and plenty of food. The one downside is even if you call ahead and they say it will be ready in 15 minutes it usually isn’t. If they can be quicker with their service it would be a fantastic place. They do have free WiFi and cute decor where you can sit down and do homework or do business emails. it’s very casual definitely a place to go if you feel like Panera but with an asian flair. I would recommend their chicken curry soup, any of their Viet sandwiches, and thai tea worth boba.

They have good selection of boba tea. Also they have awesome baked goods!!I’m Japanese, and I miss light fluffy pastries. Roll cake from here satisfy my cravings. They have shaved ice with fruits topping. Food is good especially sandwich. Pho is surprisingly good too!

This is where the local Asians hang out. Ive been going to the counter-service Seasons intermittently since it opened and it seems they are always making improvements to be more attractive.FOODThe hot food is mostly of Vietnamese origin; the flavors and textures are all very slightly below par to normal Vietnamese restaurants. This isnt bad. Its fitting with the hangout casual atmosphere here. The typical Asian draw are the Boba Drinks and Korean snow desserts; both done very well. Although flavors dont taste very fresh, with all things considered, those items are still enjoyable without being fresh.SERVICEAlthough very smiley, friendly and patient… strange… the workers seem to constantly disappear to the backyou can be the only one ordering a banh mi (where all ingredients are at the front) and theyll still disappear there resulting in an abnormally longer wait for your order.ATMOSPHEREThe dcor is very cute (really!) and welcoming. I wouldnt bring a board game there with a gaggle of loud friends, but its great for conversation.

Amazing food! Thai and Vietnamese dishes cooked in a Laotian style. Everything tastes incredible. Hands-down the best Boba teas I’ve had since leaving the Pacific Coast. Really cute atmosphere and reasonable prices; it’s my go-to spot for casual meetings. Do yourself a favor and get the Pad Thai–utter bliss.

Good food but service is very lacking. Food is good but service leaves alot to be desired. First of all, you order at the counter. Then you pay at the counter. But they ask you to sign receipt and leave a tip. Leave a tip for what? They havent served you yet. If you order water, they will give you a bottle of water. So they want a tip for no service? I can understand a tip jar but to feel pressured in offering a tip that has no service?Food takes a while to get servied. Pho is very good but the portions for small for $8. Pho Quyen has a huge delicious bowl for $0.95 more. less than $1 more.papaya salad is delicious and it comes with a small helping of sticky rice. The beef lard is good enough but once again not alot of food for $8.Boba tea is good, not sure if its better than Thuy Cafe but at least it is faster than Thuy Cafe and the waiting area is alot bigger.Would recommend more if only the serving sizes were bigger and service was faster. It took forever to even get napkins
