  Great Customer Service. We have been to this location numerous times and have never been disappointed. The staff always go above and beyond to make you happy. Our last visit was the other night 30 minutes before closing. They were out of one of the original dark meats and offered us a breast at no extra charge. We went with the grilled choice and they gave us an extra piece. They are always smiling and seem to enjoy their jobs. I’ve been in restaurant customer service for over 20 years and I can tell you that a rarity. Love this place and the staff!

  Pot pies. I went to KFC on Collins for 2 pot pies. I was told it would take 22 minutes, that was okay they are worth it. When I got too the window, the gentlemen took off $1.00 each & gave me macaroni & cheese for free. That was fine thing happen & the cashier was so polite about it.

  Wings Never Ready. This is the fourth time in the past 6 months or so that I’ve been to the KFC at 2305 James L Redman Drive in Plant City and was told that I couldn’t have the four wing meal with crispy wings because they didn’t have the wings ready, and it would be an 18 minute wait. Why do I keep trying? I like this particular meal quite a bit! But each time I end up going to Publix across the street and getting my chicken there! What’s UP?????
