My husband and I are fans of Brio, but had a bad experience last time we went there, that’s why I dropped 2 stars. We went on April 16 for lunch and got seated at the patio. There were some empty tables outside and not many people inside. However, our service was super slow and the waiter JOSEPH M showed a total lack of interest in serving us.We were told that there was no bread (even when other tables did have bread), our food was cold (so my husband requested to get his dish warmed up, and when he brought it back, the chicken was warm but the sides were cold), we ordered cappuccinos and he told us that the espresso machine was broken, and to top it all, we had to ask him to redo the bill because it didn’t show the discount offered on the loyalty rewards card.As we were leaving, I saw other tables with cappuccinos served, so I went inside, asked the manager if the machine was broken and he told me there was no problem at all! so at that point I realized not only JOSEPH M didn’t want to serve us, but also he didn’t even want to do his job.The manager only asked me for the waiter’s name, and when I said who he was, he rolled his eyes and offered me free cappuccinos, to which I declined and left.We will come back to this location because we love the food, but will make sure to sit where JOSEPH doesn’t serve.
