Don’t sell what you don’t have. This food truck sells customers on items they run out of in the truck, then scramble to change your order after waiting for your food. I ordered a Sausage with Peppers and Onions, because it was on the menu. They take my payment, but before my change, the cashier gets pulled aside and told that they no longer have sausage, so would I be ok with having it swapped out for a Bratwurst with Peppers and Onions, also on their menu. I acquiest, as she is holding my money already and I was hungry. After waiting 20+ min, while watching another customer complain about the severe lack of peppers and onions on their sausage, I am beckoned to the window to be told, they are out of peppers and onions now. Wait, what? I thought you were out of sausage? Where was this 20 min ago? Would I like a refund?Are you kidding me? I waited 20 min for you to change my order AGAIN? At no point of me waiting for you, could you call me over and ask this? You wait until my ticket comes up in your pecking order to tell me you can’t complete my order?Get your act together. Your pancake taco isn’t all that great either.
