Best shoulder I’ve ever had…. and I’ve had a lot. Tried out while in south Florida on vacation. Despite a few negative reviews about the microwave, I gave it a shot. We had chopped pork sandwiches, brisket and spare ribs. The ribs were the only thing I’d describe as standard fare. The brisket was awesome, far above the normal quality of typical bbq, the fries reminded me of how they used to be when I was a kid…. a fresh taste, slight crunch to the exterior. Coleslaw was great, although I’m not normally a coleslaw guy. Beans were great. But the BEST was the sandwich . I took a bit of meat out that hadn’t been sauced. Man! The flavour and texture was unbelievable. Nice bark with a beautiful charcoal flavour. I used to think I did a decent pork butt until I had this , but now I know better. When taken as a whole with the sauce….. man. Otherworldly.We tried a few other places around the state, but Georgia Pig rules the Q.

Turned off. Watched the waitress put my sons BBQ in the micro while my burger sat in the window cheese was cold on my cheeseburger pork tasted like lighter fluid greasy cold fries won’t go back!
I see a lot of bad reviews by people but as someone who’s been going for 20 years I only get the pork sandwich or their daily specials. Do not go here thinking you will get 10 or more styles of meat they do one thing great and that’s bbq pork I never cared for the ribs but they often have specials like meat loaf and fried chicken which are very good. It’s a simple place but I always go looking for a good bbq pork sandwich and a tall Arnold Palmer they never let me down
Don’t drive by this place! Stop & turnaround!! Awesome BBQ! Better than any place I’ve tried! Place is small & packed at lunch. Waitresses all so polite. Price great, I loved the sauces, so different than other large scale places. Feel like I’m in another state..We will be back, too full to try the homemade desserts!

Wow not impressed at all. They cook and smoke their meats once a day, they make enough meat for the day and as customers come in and order they cut the meat and heat it up in a microwave. I was in total shock to see all of our food get heated up in a microwave. Even our side dish which was french fries was heated up in the microwave, they did not make it fresh. I paid $60 for 3 people to get heated up food that was cooked in the morning. Coleslaw was horrible no taste and all watered down. If you’re looking for true traditional barbecue this is definitely not the place. Oh and it’s cash only, I had to walk to a ghetto store down the street to use their ATM and get some money out. Service was okay waitress didn’t come by one time to ask how our food was or to even refill my drink
