A business that laughs at its customers. My husband and i ate here yesterday… When we asked for extra parmesan cheese. A normal request right?? Apparently not. The owners sister franshesca made smart remarks about how we were not buying enough for extra cheese… I pay for service not to be berated by a pizza maker…. STAY AWAY! horrible food and a side of attitude to go with it.. No one i know will ever go back here. Cjs pizza is way bettet

The pizza is great! Infact everything on the menu is fabulous. When ever we are in Plantation we eat at Giannai’s. I recommend the Mussels. Bone pt
Extremely consistent with not receiving what we order. We have ordered in and take out. Due to NEVER getting an order right, we highly suggest checking your food before you leave. Not worth the hassle.
Horrible Customer Service. Called to place an order and was immediately put on hold. Held for over five minutes then the call disconnected. I called back and was immediately placed on hold again. Very disappointed with the service I received.
Pizza, yes…..Burgers/Fries…double yes. I’ve been searching for the perfect burger in the Plantation area and finally found it at Gianna’s. As an added bonus the fries were incredible…….they tasted like fries were meant to taste like. I’d like to sample their other menu items but I’ve gotten hung up on the burgers. I feel like that character Bluto out of Popeye! Give the place a try……quiet, friendly and TV while you wait. Burger prices are less than Hard Rock Cafe but almost twice as tasty.
As I walked in, the long family lineage portrayed on the decadent travertine tiled walls begs for your attention! Actual photography of the owners family dating back a hundred years or so screams out authentic Sicilan culture. I ordered the eggplant Rollatini and was simply blown away by its homemade authenticity! When you visit, I BEG YOU; try the handmade cannoli! I haven’t had Italian this good since my visit to Pallermo, Sicily a few years back. Spacious, family oriented, fantastic service, and a genuine menu. Thanks for setting the standard Gianna’s!
