If I had to compare this to another establishment, it would be Pollo Tropical. The building is pretty big and it’s next door to the Starbucks. When we walked in, I was astounded by all the booths inside. There was a small line, but after we got in, there was a lunch rush. I ordered the quarter chicken with rice, beans, and plantains. The chicken was tender with crispy skin, the three slices of plantains were soft and sweet, and the rice and black beans tied it all together. At the booths, there were three sauces, a red one, green, and white, all were really flavorful! My meal came with a soft drink. It took about five to ten minutes before the food came out. I was really surprised by how fresh the food was. The meal was affordable, it was under $10 and I had leftovers to take home.
