I really like this place because they have a huge menu and the service is usually good. The last time we had an awesome, attentive, and friendly waitress. Unfortunately, the waitress we had today was very lackluster in total persona. It took her a while to bring our drinks from the bar and her responses were kind of sarcastic; maybe she was having a bad day? I won’t fault her for that, we still gave her a 20 percent tip. We still enjoyed the food and we’re still going to dine there in the future. The manager came by to ask us if we needed anything and we said we were still waiting for our drinks. When we went in for about 5:45, it was starting to get busy but there were still seats left. As the time progressed, it got really packed and people were waiting. I had to try their famous Pittsburger that was well talked about on Yelp. Wow, they were right, it’s really good. It was so large, I could only finish half. The sandwich was filled with cole slaw, tomato, fries, cheese, and a beef patty. We ordered two appetizers, the garlic bread and the boneless chicken wings. The garlic bread was nice and warm with tons of garlic, butter, and parmesan. The boneless wings were nice and crisp; I didn’t like the garlic butter, it was too bland. I used ketchup in place of that and it was delicious. I wouldn’t order the garlic butter next time, it will most likely be one of the tangy flavors like buffalo. My husband ordered the Parmesan chicken sandwich, fries, and a slice of pepperoni pizza. He said all were good; it’s his cheat meal, so he eats big on these type of days.For drinks, it was happy hour so drinks were half off until 7pm. I ordered the Bimini punch, it was good but a little too sweet for my liking. My husband ordered a couple of beers. In the end, we enjoyed our meals and drinks regardless of the service. Hopefully we’ll have better service next time like we usually do.
