Service was a tad bit slow. It was the lunch service and servers were talking and loitering. There is a weird smell here that I can’t pinpoint, not from food. Is it bad to come only for the cheddar biscuit? It rocked. I thought the place was fairly clean. I ordered the shrimp tacos with rice pilaf. The pilaf was awesome but the tacos were mediocre.

I think this Red Lobster needs an overhaul. I took my son here for dinner, and appearance with quality of food, and service is everything when I dine out. The smell when I came in the door was an unpleasant one. Yes, I know it’s a seafood restaurant but that wasn’t the smell. The carpet and chairs looks like it needed to be cleaned. My waitress was not mean to us but she was not friendly. Finally, the food was awful. I don’t think I will be visiting this Red Lobster any time soon.
Love Red Lobster but HATE this location. Went to Red Lobster on S University in Davie FL and had the worst restaurant experience of my life. For a party of two, we waited to be seated for 20 minutes. Then were seated and totally forgotten and ignored. We waited another 20 minutes before we had to go complain that we still hadn’t even gotten drinks because noone had taken our drink requests. 5 minutes later someone came and took our drink order and it took them another 10 minutes to bring them to us. At the time she still did not even bring us biscuits with our drinks. They left our drinks on the table and we ordered at that minute because we ASKED to because we were very hungry at this point. After ordering an appetizer, drinks, and $55 dollars worth of entrees only, we waited on any kind of food for 30 minutes longer. Still not even one biscuit! We were so mad we walked out. I love Red Lobster but would NEVER recommend anyone go to this location ever.
