Plz clean up restaurant and staff. So I worked here like 9 yrs ago and this place was busy. Monday thru sunday.. I moved away and when I came back they redecorated the restaurant and now it looks worst.. the floors are dirty sticky tables. I have walked out this restaurant twice just because it was so filthy.. I don’t even want to know what the boh looks like.. so only good thing I have to say the bartender, who wasn’t a 19 kids(thank god)name Kevin.. made me the best Manhattan I had in a long time… I order pot sticker that come pan seared. But I get them fried.. well the cook didn’t even get that right. . The only thing t hat sucks is this tgif is not corporate company so there no one to really complain to. The servers do not look professional or act professional they look like college or high school students and I’m an adult I want professional serving me.

We had such a great dinner and our bartender was Chadd he was great. What a great night we had
Went there to eat one night with a friend at approximately 10:30 pm. Sat at the bar and waited a good 15 minutes for the two bartenders who were oblivious to their surroundings to notice we were there. Female bartender finally got us two beers and said to let her know if we wanted food and walked away. The male bartender she was working with never said so much as a hello and seemed very focused on chatting with two drunk guys at the bar that were obviously friends of his. We finally managed to place a food order with the young lady 20 minutes later because she left the bar and the guy simply wouldn’t approach us. At about the 45 minute mark, we noticed our bartender sitting down beside a guest that was crying in the bar area and telling her how she should leave her boyfriend because she deserved better. We finally got her attention by holding up our empty glasses and asked about our food which in fact she had forgotten to ring in. We immediately asked for a manager and explained what happened while the girl went back to talk to her friend and the guy simply continued talking to his friends. The manager was very nice and gave us some discount coupons which was a nice gesture. But the service there was unbelievable. I will certainly never go back to the Plantation location and hopefully they corrected the bar staff on their performance.
Only this location is bad. Crazy experience here at the sunrise sawgrass TGIF. Rude servers, bad service in general, cold old stale food……So I never went back. Now I tried the new Tgif at the Muvico plaza. Wow like night and day. Great group of people working there taking care of you. The food was amazing the first time I went and polar opposite the second time I wnet? How is this possible, whats up? It was so fresh and phenomenal a couple days ago, and food quality completely sucked last time. But the service was still on point. Try there 3 for $12.99 spinch dip is awsome stale chips though.
