Msgoofy81. Not pleased at all. Went last night and purchased the Jerk chicken, but it tasted like stew chicken. The rice was hard and the salad wasn’t good either. The only thing I cared for was the plantings. Won’t be going back.

Going to pot. The patties were so hard and meat like a rock. Should not have been served. I ordered oxtail, The person serving me was so busy picking up meat and putting it back it was clear she was trying to serve me the ones with less meat and more bones. The large same size as small. Or is it that I am not Jamaican? Poor service, Throw out bad food. Oxtail tasty but treat us all the same please.

My first time eating their food was great. I bought the small ackee and salt fish breakfast. My portions were big and worth the money . A lot of other restaurants charge you up to $9 for a spoon of ackee and salt fish. The Dutch Pot gives you a choice of how much you get. I’m happy and full.

Delicious!. I went there during lunch hour one day, not knowing it was such a hot spot. I waited a really long time in line- maybe 30 minutes. They serve a half portion for like $4, I believe and it was just enough. The rice and peas were a tiny bit mushy, but I suspect it was due to the type of rice they used (the kind that opens up and expands instead of elongating). Well, the steamed cabbage was the star of the show. It was the best I’ve ever had. The brown stew chicken was decent as well, especially for the price. Next time I go, I’ll try to get there before the lunch crowd. Also, the ackee and salt fish is excellent. If you haven’t tried that dish, try it.

I ordered stew chicken and the chicken was very tough! The food was a day old covered in gravy. Never again!!
